The business policy 

The estimate of the investment to face for the adoption of PLAN for your own company can be estabilished by the analysis of the size and typology of the input data, from the production steps.

Data input can be done by our staff or directly by a company operator after a training period ( usually 2 or 3 days).

Concerning the software, the single licence policy is usually adopted with a discount list for the following licenses.

The customer service and/or the update are optional after the guarantee period. The different formalities are on the basis of the companies needs. The upgrade is automatically executed with the TIPS-UPGRADE system.

For all TIPS products, the basic assistance of Help-Desk  customer service is distributed free also with PLAN.
